If you're like me you probably use Google for just about everything, though I avoid Gmail, and when viewing new areas what's handier than Google Maps satellite view. Now many may argue that Google Earth is a superior product but with GM there is no software to download - click and go. After touring some Lake Cavenaugh homes, which I am currently saving for, I decided to take a look at Lake Goodwin and Lake Shoecraft through the Google Maps lens.

In addition to Lake Goodwin and Lake Shoecraft, there are 5 lakes within close proximity and the area is know as Seven (7) Lakes: Lake Goodwin, Lake Shoecraft, Lake Ki, Lake Crabapple, Lake Loma, Lake Howard, and Lake Martha. Out of the 7, only Goodwin and Shoecraft allow motorized boat operation, the rest are primarily fishing and swimming lakes.
