I specialize in vacation homes, cabins, waterfront homes, and luxury homes in the Leavenworth area.

Lakefront homes can be found at Lake Wenatchee and Fish Lake, two gorgeous locations halfway between Leavenworth and Stevens Pass. These are wonderful four seasons spots with snowmobiling and ice fishing in the winter and, wind surfing and waterskiing in the summer. We also have riverfront opportunities along the Wenatchee and Chiwawa Rivers as well as Icicle Creek.

I have a reputation as being a leader in the local luxury market and selling million dollar homes, but I sell plenty of modest cabins and small condominiums too.

When I started my real estate practice in 2004, I soon realized that the internet was the new marketing frontier. Since that time, I have been a constant student of internet marketing and now social media - I’m always working hard to find ways to make it easier for my clients to buy and sell real estate with the help of technology. In 2007 I earned the coveted Certified Residential Specialist designation - one of only a dozen in Chelan County. I am also a past Director of the North Central Washington Association of Realtors.

When I am not working, I hope you’ll find me playing in the Cascade mountains either hiking, climbing mountains, or telemark skiing. I also enjoy foreign travel and have fond memories of trips to Kilimanjaro and the peaks of the Bolivian Andes. I also volunteer as a board member of the Chelan Douglas Land Trust.
